getting tan helps it sounds counter intuitive but alot of people with hazel eyes and darker complexions look amazing ill try too find and example

cant find a good example, but for example, white on grey makes the grey look darker but you put that same grey against black and it look lighter right? that's the concept the tanner you get the lighter your eye color looks even if its not actually getting lighter it brings out those golden hues.

Dark black-brown hairs, straight to wavey hairs cz curls suck here, bushy and healthy brows, curl and crazy dense eyelids, and lips on lighter pinkish side (not red or super bright it would destroy your contrast). With good bone structure, harmony, etc you would definitely rock it.
