Essentially we are trying to increase longitudinal growth in bones from people with open plates that havent fully ossified.

Also BMP-7 is pretty good for height growth with open plates too just due to the lower risk of cancer. But, bone maldevelopment can happen like bone spurs which you really dont want in your knees lmfao.
