Is there anything I can do to get ridiculously taller since my greatgrandpa was tall asf

Maybe your great grandpa had some type of thyroid anomaly because 6'10 is def not normal.

all of his brothers were 6'5+ so I think he most likely hasnt had any abnormality cuz he lived pass 100 and mind u he was 6'10 when he was 95+ so he was prolly taller when he was younger
