Since both the mother's and father's height equally affect the child a short female will have just as much of a negative impact on the success of offspring as a short male. This is quite puzzling on the surface, because men seem to have little to no height preferences, despite the fact that it would be a great advantage for their offspring (especially since no other men have them).
TLDR, if you are man and plan to have kids which you want to succeed, have a height requirement.
BTW, it should be noted that the only reason for a man to have this preference is because women also have it.
