I'm around 5'10 without shoes

Went to the doctor 2 days ago and got my height measured I was 5'10 but I was standing upright like a statue which I don't do everyday

Natty right now I just hang from a bar to help prevent spine compression also standing upright all day

Not gonna bother with drugs likely, parents would never buy (stingy on money) , + i dont want to risk becoming even androgenic
I'm going to leanmax so i dont risk early growth plate closure, not starving but ye
Then Ill continue consuming fuck ton of protein, calcium, and sugar/goyslop (lossus method type shit). natty methods seem cope but from my anecdotal evidence it seems valid, as long as i avoid certain shit foods that are estrogenic
Just natty stuff tho fr, sleeping sun yap etc
