I hope I was trolling but I'm actually smaller. I think you mean East Asia that's small, but Central Asia which is Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan etc is taller

I would bulk up with some carb and protein keep carb like epasta and rice tho and hit the gym if you can if you can't ho home retraining or calistethics it wont work as good for you cause your above avreg height but overtime you should still see results tbh
