Height

How does working out stunt your growth? It can boost it more than stunt it.
it stunts it because any stress will mess with your hormones. if you were to not workout at all you would be much taller as long as you are healthy and sleep well

Lifting literally releases growth hormone

it releases growth hormones, yes. but the growth hormones are not used to increase height they are used for your muscles.
It goes into your height too...
Well, let's say it doesn't. Still, it won't stunt you.

it wont kill you or anything if you do it once a week but it wont help you at all
It will boost your testosterone.
And won't stunt your growth.
Look at David Laid for example.

it wont increase testosterone really because the testosterone made afterwards is very miniscule and is used for the muscles. most people who lift have lower testosterone than normies

dont workout it will stunt growth. eat nutrient rich diet with raw milk and raw organs, sleep alot, take hgh or peptides
raw milk and hgh in the same sentence :pepehands:

so will I get over 5'10
Probably, it depends. I think being more active and playing sports is what lead me to being taller. Or I could be bullshitting since my 14 year old little brother is 6’1
