These will 100% work as long as your growth plates are open, get an xray to confirm.

Good thread, but height is major COPE. It’s all about face and proportions of body, I would rather be 5’10 with long limbs and a great shoulder to waist ratio rather than 6’5 with short limbs, long torso, and klinefelter type frame

i agree, but this is mostly for those below 5"8. Above 5"8 risks > benefits for heightmaxxing. You can get huge improvements in your SMV going from just 5"6 to 5"8 however from 5"10 to 6ft there isnt as big of a difference. Also if this is done durign puberty with the AI, growth should be proprotional all over the body, its only at the age of 17-18+ where u run into issues such as unproportional growth.

Start an aromatase inhibitor to keep growth plates open, you are still fairly young ish so dont need to blast HGH. Measure your growth velocity (increase in height every 6 months) once this stops, and if you are still below the height you want to be then start HGH and the SST inhibitors. You can probably grow 3 inches ish with just the aromatase inhibitor and your genetics. If you start HGH that will disrupt the chances of you having a natural growth spurt but using an aromatase inhibitor will not

if ur under 5"6 nothing can save you. maybe chad face will give you same SMV as a 5"10 MTN.
5"6-5"8 or below needs HTN face to be same as 5"10 MTN SMV.

I have ADHD so they got me on Adderall so like i can eat like 6000 calories and just not like gain weight or get big will that affect my height

What are you tripping for it's prescribed 50mligrams it keeps you lean you can basically eat how ever you want and gain 92% less weight/fat cons are literally can't bulk
