At 21 you have absolutely no way to grow without limb lengthening surgery or height fraud

But you neeed to understand that your growth plates are 100% closed at that age so there is absolutely nothing you can do but surgery . You will not find it here nor anywhere else . Because the man’s capacity to grow ends at 21 max
