I got measured at docotor its more brutal then I thought without hair I'm 5ft 2 inches exactly 157 cm so I'm going to stretch everyday to keep a good posture and maybe ilcudie micorfracture methods if you guys have any I'm hoping get to get to 162cm by this time next year if that's even possible.

its absolutely not normal to be this short, if U didn't hit puberty yet, start consuming vitamins like D3, K2, and Zinc, and there's a lot fo exercise that Will (not maybe cuz of proven studies) possibly increase your height, You can Start by jumping as much as you can, it's an exercise plan it yourself, and you can sprint, sprinting actually is very healthy cuz it boosts the growth hormone, and if you did hit puberty, you can still try to do the exercises but add more positive stress to your body, you can ride a bike and raise the seat, and you can use a bar and try the hang method (where your Spine can possibly stretch dew to gravity force downwards), and after trying your best for a couple of years, you should have a surgery to increase your height, but you should also know this surgery will take one year of rehabilitation and it'll be a pain in the ass, But it's possibly worth it (i said possibly too much lol)
