Just fix a little little bit your eyebrows and you are ready for some fashion magazine.

Make sure to make to to 10% exactly if you want to look your best, next grow your eyebrow and work on upper eye lid exposure.
after that do everything naturallly to your lower jaw then look at surgical or filler options imo.
1. cut down to exact 10%
2. Work on the eye area by trying to reduce upper eye lid exposrue
3. Work on the lower jaw more then look into surgical and filler options
