Hello, I am 15 5’6”1/2 and I want to find an Asian girl to date next month

I’m Home School so I don’t get a chance to see anyone else except for people I pass by when my family decides to go to Store sometime and I finally got my way into a competitive technology engineering program at my dream college that I wanna go to, but I’m older a few years and it’s in a week actually it’s on 6 July and I see a lot of pretty Asian girls I pass by when my family decides to go downtown and I know there’s a lot of Asian girls at this program. How can I be able to maybe get a girlfriend outside of the just treat her like anyone else stuff I know that but like what should I do to maximize my chances of not looking like an idiot and being rejected thank you guys

Sadly, I can’t use JBW because I’m not white and I’ve had some Asian more specifically Filipina girlfriends online but now I’m I want an East Asian girlfriend in real life

Thank you guys. I tried to fix my fashion, but I don’t have enough money so I only have one shirt literally and a couple of maybe two pants I’m cooked on fashion but I have jewelry so I’ll cope.
