Hello, I'm 30s/Male/USA seeking info on facial improvement & anti-aging stuff

From what I've read, here are the low-hanging fruit to not being old and broken:
1. Don't be fat to avoid pretty much every illness.
2. Do HIIT and some sort of strength training which loads your skeletal structure to keep bone density up, and to improve physical abilities and aesthetics.
3. Do at least 3 hours of LISS a week to keep your resting heart rate and blood pressure low, your erections large and frequent, and to significantly reduce depression and anxiety.
4. Use peptides to heal chronic soft tissue and joint injuries.
5. Socialize, have relationships, have kids, and raise them well to avoid the desire to ropemaxx.
6. Acquire a broad range of blue and white collar skills to avoid permanent unemployment.
7. Experiment with supplements and experimental research chemicals as your budget allows in case one or more of them legitimately reduce the rate of aging.

I specifically desire information on number 8 here, and - in my other thread - information on osteogenesis modulation as a cheap and less invasive way to fix an underdeveloped/gracile mandible and mid-face.

I am not happy, but neither am I sad (largely due to the 4 to 5 hours of LISS I do each week); despite that I have a path forward to improving my life despite the US government doing it's best to ruin my life every 2 or 3 years since about 2003 purely through incompetence.

My understanding of the muscular development aspects of looksmaxxing is that you should train everything for hypertrophy except chest and quads. Because a large chest and quads make your shoulders look smaller.

My current goals are to:
1. Move to a better apartment than I currently live in ASAP, specifically one with a concrete floor and on the first floor, ideally in a corner apartment so I have fewer neighbors.
2. Keep saving money.
3. Acquire a reverse hyper and some used plates so I can train my posterior chain without loading my busted shoulder. The rest of my workout routine can be done at Planet Fitness or with bands.
4. Acquire more skills which either increase personal independence or can be done remotely. The next set of skills I am slated to acquire are fluency in the C programming language and full stack web development. After that, I want to learn small engine repair and basic electronics.
5. Fix my soft tissue tear/injury issues, which apparently require TD500 as I've already tried BPC157 and it helped quite a lot but not did not fix all of them. I have tears in my neck, one shoulder, and abs. The one in my shoulder is probably a torn labrum given the pattern of dislocation when loading it in certain axes while pushing or pulling.
6. Lose weight until I am at about 170 lbs, so I can do unassisted pull ups.
