Hello looking to fix my bad face

Hey there, I joined because I feel like my face is round and asymmetrical and I'm wondering what I can do about it besides surgery.

I'm currently working on weight loss, started 220, currently at 170, with a goal of 150. I'm 185 cm.

Looking for any and all advice.
