I am 5'5 (168cm), and 69kg (152lbs)

I am a male

My sexuality is straight

My nationality is Filipino (Worst place to be born unless you are immigrant and settle in decent parts of country)

I am hoping to improve my appearance to compensate for being manlet, as well as improve intellectual, and physical capabilities

Here is what I look like, or atleast what my camera tells me what I look like (Mid-teen years currently):

(yes I lay on the floor because loft bed is too elevated, cause country is hot. Hot air go up, cold is down, especially in morning no AC in morning, electrical bill too high)

I am hoping to fix that, but everytime I research on the internet about how to lose weight and gain muscle, I see multiple different advice that oppose the one before it. Do you have any advice for me regarding this?

Understand the pain of 5’5 you should by boots and stuff them with like socks you can get to 5’8 5’9 with that method. Also a very easy looksmaxx is fasting

I see, I have considered fasting before, and have been trying intermittent fasting where I eat once, and sleep the whole day. It is how I lost some of the weight I had in my early teen years, but now I wish to build muscle. Is it possible to do intermittent fasting, and build muscle?

Also, regarding the height boosting method you've provided, what do I do once I am at a location where it is mandatory to take off any form of footwear? Should I just walk on my tippy-toes hoping they wouldn't notice?

Count your calories, get meal recs from ai, plan every meal with precision, if ur going to snack be smart about it, drink water. High rec creatine and melatonin if ur going to work out, might get bloated but once youre down to a low bf% stop using the creatine and youll be goated

By the way, does creatine possibly handicap strength? Because I do prefer if my muscles were functional to a fault
 
measure your chest, waist, hip, legs, calfs, biceps, forearms (with measuring tape) then send weight n height with measurements to an ai claude perferably, not 100% accurate but can get a good estimate of your bf%
Copy that, I'll do that sometime, because currently I don't have much free time to go to a convenience store right now

I sold it in early 2023, and to a friend so I had a higher chance of selling
If you want to play again you can btw I stopped playing in 2019 I just got back in 2024 plus it's good for ntmaxxing in SEA
