Help! Body composition!

My hips shrank so theyre like 33.5 inches and my waist is roughly 26.5 inches, I wanna lose weight also and ive only had online calculators so idk my body fat but im assuming 22-24% cuz its def more than it used to be but I havent even had one of my ultra mega cheat days (ifykyk). Anyways whats a good way to help fix it? Ik I need fatloss and thats not too hard for me but I rlly need to gain muscle while losing the fat and idk how too. I also wanna run again so im planning on that soon but I dont think it'll help much.

i mean my waist is 27 inches and my hips are 36 inches and my bf is quite high like 29% how much do you weigh?

a female could have a body fat of literally 21% and look almost similar to a man around 16%

women naturally carry more fat
also bones r more delicate snd also differ alot
usually a male whose not obese will be around maybe 29-31 in the waist (fit)
while women who are fit can range from literally 22-29

I dont feel comfortable stating my exact weight but its in the mid healthy range bmi wise

What makes you say that? Im pretty sure its just a bit above the active range rn and online calculators give be between 18-26 so I tried to find somewhere in the middle. I also dont trust myself to do the caliper method by myself

becaude 26 is higher bf usually thats why lol
