My hips shrank so theyre like 33.5 inches and my waist is roughly 26.5 inches, I wanna lose weight also and ive only had online calculators so idk my body fat but im assuming 22-24% cuz its def more than it used to be but I havent even had one of my ultra mega cheat days (ifykyk). Anyways whats a good way to help fix it? Ik I need fatloss and thats not too hard for me but I rlly need to gain muscle while losing the fat and idk how too. I also wanna run again so im planning on that soon but I dont think it'll help much.
