What products do you use on your skin?

Your skin actually looks fine, it's mainly the forehead area. That tells me it's probably your hair/headbands/bonnet/whatever or that you sweat/touch that area more.

I use cetaphil cleanser, this neutrogena toner, and cetaphil moisturizers that it. 4 item. I tend to sweat on my forehead a lot and I get sweaty easily might be oil too

first of all you have to find out whats causing your acne, try fixing your diet, changing your bed sheets regurlaly and washing your face twice a day, It should be gone by then since your acne doesnt seem to be hormonal
you should also use a gel cleanser, a moisturizer, and a suncreen that is for your skin type
you could use some serums with acids but i wouldnt recomend them since youre pretty young
