help, how fix skin?

AuggyDauggy already explained it to you but I thought I'd go a bit more into depth. It's there because our temples (the part of the face you've circled) will have a small 'dent' (less fat + shape of skull) in that area, creating a visual noticeable differences in environments with harsher lighting and lighting where the source is above you. There's no way to permanently change this because it's just how our skulls are designed. I guess in theory you could put such a tiny amount of filler there but your skull would look so weird and unnatural.
