although I can’t evaluate your full facial harmony since your upper third is cut off, everything else from a frontal angle is honestly decent (as in your eyes nose and lips given their particular shapes and configuration), no glaring flWs. maybe js make your eyebrows a shade or two darker. also post a picture of your side profile and better lighting since the current one’s a bit warm which can bias the colors.
