not possible... You can try training your spatial iq and that will actually extrapolate to real life (using CAD, drawing, practicing visualizations of shapes and rotating them/changing colors of them), the rest of the training is cope because it doesn't extrapolate anywhere. You'd just get better at the iq tests themselves like a game (training memory, processing speed, or matrices ALL COPE).
Dihexa, and cerebrolysin are cope.
More synapses != smarter. Im pulling this out of my ass, but I'm sure there's many geniuses out there with below percentile synapses, their brain is just extremly efficient in how it uses them. The synapses you get are also uncontrollable.
though if you really want to try you can try shrooms first (increases neuroplasticity, and breaks rigid patterns in brain that may be good or bad for TWO-FOUR WEEKS), use dihexa and lock in iq maxxing for 2 weeks (visualizations), the idea is you force the brain to use a weak system you dont usually use, and then strengthening/retaining it with dihexa. You could even socialmaxx, hobbymaxx, etc. This is probably as good as it gets, there's a cancer risk with the dihexa, but u could in theory get good at visualizing or retaining new skills, but no real IQ gain.
in the future maybe theres brain implants to turn on certain synapses on and off with algorithims but rn its over.
I researched this topic pretty well since my IQ is retarded. I have 130 verbal iq and the rest is average to below.. Its fucking hell i can word certain things and have epiphanies but I'll lose them since my working memory is shit and I cant visualize my epiphanies (math, physics, etc.).
Final resort: You can smash your head into toilet and pray u get acquired savant syndrome. you will drool out of the mouth but see equations when looking at angles.
