Help me create a diet

what's your age, weight, height? are you trying to gain or lose weight? if u dont wanna share here​
I won't say weight and height, but I'm 14yo I'm 23-24 MBI and I'm trying to lose weight
 
According to reputable body builder Mike Mentzer and other qualified nutritional scientists the good range to split your nutrition is no matter what your calorie budget shall be,60% of your calories should be in a form of carbohydrates and sugar,25-30% protein and 15-10% fat.
It dosen’t have to be the exact but it must be estimated.
Sources of carbohydrates:Whole fruits, unprocessed grains like dark whole-grain bread,wheat cereal,and my least favorite source vegetables.
Sources of protein and fat:Bovine,Poultry,Goat,Sheep meat | Cheese and other forms of dairy.
