what should my deficit be??Don’t go to harsh in the defecit take it slow like 0.5 pounds a week so u don’t end up yo yo ing - especially since you’re healthy and it doesn’t seem to be negatively affecting you rn
I would use one of the online calculators they’re pretty accurate u just have to put in ur stats and it will tell uwhat should my deficit be??

lifestyle- moderately healthy diet, i mostly eat lean proteins, greek yogurt,fruits, and vegetables. i drink a lot of black coffee, 1 gallon of water a day, and sometimes i eat sweets. i spend around 20 minutes in the sun daily to help with stress.
body- i’m 4’11, 200lbs, bust 38in, waist 34in, hips 50in. i workout daily, 10k steps a day. not opposed to weight loss but not actively trying to lose weight. i have pretty bad shoulder acne, i’ve been to a dermatologist and couldn’t get help with it.
other things- university student with HUGE workload by day, part time job at night. i have about three friends irl and twenty online.
also- not considering wigs or plastic surgery.
You look pretty cute already, you have a good waist to hip ratio which is ideal, decent diet too. Now i would recommend you lose some weight gradually as you are overweight for your height so i’d suggest you cut calories by a deficit of 300-500 calories. For the shoulder acne this is something that i also had in the past but this can be fixed with salicylic acid and 10-20% urea cream which is what i used, i noticed results within 6-8 weeks. Darken your eyebrows with black eyebrow dye, you can also use minoxidil and castor oil if you want them to have a fuller appearance. I could see you looking very nice with longer hair which would take time to look longer especially since your hair is curly and but honestly it would look super cute so i’d say go for it! Easiest way to achieve this is simply not cutting it as often and taking care of it to avoid cutting it more.
