I'm 16, 6ft, ginger and when I look in the mirror or take pics of me in général I think I am good looking but the second people take pictures of me I feel like my face is distorted and there is a filter on it it's horrible (I am used to my face in inverted so I don't think it's that)

the thing is that like in group photos everyone looks exactly how they look in réal life but somehow I'm the one with the eye 2ft higher than the other

You don’t need to think like that your beutyfull in your own whey

Realest thing ever, I personally just cope telling myself that mirror reflections are more accurate to rl and that phonecameras are just making people look worse on purpose
Objectively they are. The only true physical distortion that an average mirror will perform is mirroring, but it’s unimportant for perception so people will see you the same way. It’s absolutely nothing compared to the amount of lense distortion that a phone camera photo brings.

However, one might have bdd and schizomorph himself in his head when looking in the mirror or simply subconsciously choose better angles/expressions to make himself look more attractive

Try different angles
