idk the types of bangs, im not an expert, so use google. but the picture with bangs was better than your current hair imo

yes those are still side bangs just a little grown out
no bangs would mean that hair goes all the way to the bottom

grow out ur hair and work on hair health as ur hair looks dry and fried, also ur skin is cakey maybe try skincare or derma rolling etc, I think the best thing for u would be eyelash extensions to add more volume to ur upper face and if you go to a professional lash technician they will be able to do lashes for ur face type and make ur cantal tilt look more neutral

dont get bangs!!! ur lower face is larger so if u get bangs it will make ur face look unproportional and bloated. you need to be showing ur full forehead for ur face to look more even and in proportion to ur faces lower half.
