Why is that? Just apply for a cashier or another simple role, only heavy lifting tasks would make them have second thoughts about hiring.

honestly i havent seen a 14 y/o working in publix mostly older teens like 16-18 so i think it would be rare, i would still give it a shot tho

yeah, I just don't hear much about mini minors getting the job and my mom said if I don't get it its probably for the best and its making me paranoid

I heard they're supposed to have a certain amount of mini minors and I see it on TikTok a lot, I think its rare to get good hours though, and my dad talked to the manager about it and he just said the steps instead of being unsure

ask about hours see if they can be flexible with it, they probably will considering youre in school
if the manager said the steps thats a good sign, follow them and provide a good application stating why youd be good for the job i recommend watching a vid about it

yeah I documented some stuff already, he also said after my application I should check up in a few days, and I don't see lots of people working there and its all the same people so maybe they're understaffed

my mom doesn't want me to send anything without her watching over me but we planned to submit the application like next week or so

why not submit the application now? easier to get it done as soon as possible rather than holding it off until later
that way u get the results in quicker
