all i eat is 6 raw eggs in the morning, something random throughout the day, then one chicken breast after coming from the gym. this is getting boring now and i want to eat something else but what can i fit in my diet? i am eating 1500 calories everyday

yeah i am skinnyfat. bulking is a meme i already tried it in covid. my mom who always makes fun of me for being skinny used to mock me for getting fat

You workout right? You probably just have extremely bad genetics

i recommend eating at maintenance, it won’t make you gain any weight and just change your composition. focus on eating high protein, make sure to eat micronutrient dense foods like certain fruits, vegetables, fish, beef. chicken lowkey sucks with micronutrients, it’s a good protein source but make sure to include other things. eggs are a great food to eat so continue doing that. 1500 is way too low for a male lol, i cut on 1500 as a average height female😭 you will just become a smaller version of yourself, still skinny fat because eating that low is not anabolic whatsoever no matter how much protein you eat.

but all of my lifts are going up every week. especially on my legs and back

newbie gains is what that is (if you’re new or just now starting to lift appropriately), eventually it won’t be that way. it also depends how long you’ve been cutting, the more you cut the more strength you lose.

im going to continue cutting for at least 2 more months. if i can build muscle with newbie gains and lose bodyfat i dont see the problem
