i recommend eating at maintenance, it won’t make you gain any weight and just change your composition. focus on eating high protein, make sure to eat micronutrient dense foods like certain fruits, vegetables, fish, beef. chicken lowkey sucks with micronutrients, it’s a good protein source but make sure to include other things. eggs are a great food to eat so continue doing that. 1500 is way too low for a male lol, i cut on 1500 as a average height female

you will just become a smaller version of yourself, still skinny fat because eating that low is not anabolic whatsoever no matter how much protein you eat.
