How do I reduce facial bloating? My face is very bloated, possibly because I recently lost some weight. I also don’t have a prominent jawline. Additionally, after losing weight, I noticed some loose skin on my belly. My BMI is 28.1. Should I focus on cardio, strength training or both? Also, what foods should I avoid? I’ve been trying to get in shape for a while but never had proper guidance.

Drink around 3-4 litres of water everyday but little by little and consume little salt in an consistent amount.
Obviously avoid junk and salty food and eat lean meat if possible.

I am Indian as well dude, don't eat chips and namkeen and if you live with your family then tell your mother to not add too much salt as everyone else can add it later in their plates.
