So I have a doc appointment on Tuesday and I'm asking for a referral sleep study.

I'm pretty sure I have sleep apnea/ symptoms like waking up gasping for air, not being able to nose breath during sleep, fatigue etc.
but I think it could be worse. So any tips on how to worsen my Sleep apnea so my insurance will pay for my Lefort 1, BSSO, Genioplasty.

I'm pretty sure eating before bed is linked to worse sleeping patterns and overall quality so try that maybe

could try alcohol
I don't think being under the influence of known drugs like alcohol is not permitted during a sleep Study. I could take something like MK to further the bloat, I don't have the appointment yet but I do not think it will arrive in time
