try a retinoid like tretinoin then
it didn’t work for me but it’s worked for others really well
if it’s bacterial doxycycline can do wonders or clarithromycin

Beef tallow isn't good for acne. Don't hop on Retinol u probably don't need it. Just have a basic skincare routine according to ur skin type and type of acne + cut sugar and eat well
