Serious Help with consistency.

Hello,

I feel as though I am a relatively attractive person, however I am far from where I could be due to a lack of effort with physical fitness and staying consistent.

I could really use some advice on staying consistent in the gym or anything thats helped anyone else?

go for intensity.
Do each exercise twice until you cant anymore but TRULY give it your all. Not just till ur form is shit that you quit but go past that.
Did wonders for me. This way the workout is also shorter and you save time.
The more intense the workout the less the duration of.
 
if you really wanted something that bad then you wouldnt give up and instead work hard with your eyes on the prize
shows that deep inside you just want to stay in your comfort zone
youre too quick on short term gratification and your desires are shallow
