Help with nose

My nose used to be small and slim a few years ago but today it's gotten much bigger and thicker and also I got a small nose bump and is doesn't even look good anymore can anyone tell me what to do to fix it??
 
only with hardmaxxing you can change nose
 
Your Nose will get bigger during puberty and gradually decrease in size from 16 - 21
