Some recent pics...not in a good condition and tried to use the back camera by myself and I feel like there is a high chance of lens distortion. My bone structure is on the weaker side but I still see no issue with trying to see if there would be any change with lower bf.💅🏼

have you debloated? went on a clean diet first? do high protein diet with healthy fats and lots of fiber do cardio lots of water lift weights and workout
 
I will quit tomorrow(again) since I gotta start work again.😊
I really tried to see if there would be other ways of improvement but I feel like my bf is the only issue that can be solved without cosmetic work. I know some people say styling is very important but I consider that this should be applied after I get leaner

No, my diet is still shit. I wonder if I can drop bf just by diet...without having to go to gym😬

Oh, I meant my bf not weight. I don't really need to lose weight.

thats why im saying to build muscle as well since if you drop bf right now without muscle youll look like anorexic, idk if you care that much about body but its still an important thing to keep in mind, and with cardio youll drop the bf faster you can do just more walking or swimming since its summer
 
I had to do an aggressive diet to get to around 7% and after 2 weeks of maintenance/slight surplus, I finally debloated.
10% is way also too low for a woman.
I followed a really autistic debloating program too, but I think it's too much for most people.
 
don’t, ur gonna barely be eating anything cause u don’t hve much muscle. Ik cause I sustain around like 12% without much muscle, I’m always hungry

wait a few more years ive gone down to bmi 16 ive debloated ive done everything baby fat dosent go away easily

No it has nothing to do with that, 10% is horrible for women. Like most female models are 17% or something
Hmmm...then I guess I will get down to around 15? I don't expect huge results but at least I'll know I did everything I could.

10% is impossible aim for 16 MAX even that is dangerous for hormones. 18 Is ideal

guess no one’s gonna convince u outta it, just pls be careful. And atleast build some muscle or do some cardio, cause the hunger’s gonna suck with that low of a deficit

Losing more fat is not gonna get you toned. You need to lift weights and eat more protein and gain muscle. Muscle is what makes you look leaner and skinnier. I lost so much weight but the only thing that gave me visible abs was working out and lifting.

I think she’s talking about both because she mentioned having noticeable abs. Gymcelling will do both. Cutting the fat and replacing it with muscle.
