face creams wont shrink your nose

either a diy surgery or rhinoplasty will shrink it

diy nose jobs r rlly dangerous and generally please avoid them, but creams sure as hell wont do anything, definitely if ur going down the rhinoplasty path be careful as there can be rlly bad side effects if u dont use a rlly good place or smth

u can use contour if ur nose isnt that big to make it appear thinner? or make it look more like a button nose but if u have a bulbous nose or smth this wont rlly do anything
