400kcal deficit is nothing will take too long n****r i'm talking about much higher deficits if you use your few calories to eat muh carbs u are torturing urself with the insulin spikes

400 calories is pushing the limits to be honest, anything over 500 calories is just dumb and your just leaving so much on the table thats unoptimized.

You track your weight weekly, correct? Do you have the log still from when you first started your deficit to when you finished it?

I don't track my weight on my app, i just use my app for the sake of my calories/macros but i weigh myself like every morning

I went from 162 to 149 so far mostly fat.
