It is important to have proper tongue posture, nobody should argue that. But mewing will not suddenly change everything, you're coping.
 
And it wasn’t just mewing of course. Exercise is important, I did feminine posture based workouts like yoga, Pilates and barre, I hated my body and the crookedness I felt cursed with but mewing is fixing me head to toe, I would mention how to get into visualization and energy work helps ascend you but yall in too deep in the ignorant hole to even grasp that rn, so I pray the mention plants a seed
