I know about the basic, hitting the gym, good potassium/sodium ratio, drinking enough water…but one thing i don’t understand is how to get rid of it permanently and is it something that accumulate thought years of negligence or and how do i know if i have water retention…it’s all those things i’m really not sure. NO COPE only real and scientifically proved facts. Thanks

seduce? cant seduce water honey.

Seriously though you cant get rid of it forever. The biological mechanisms that cause it are essential for your survival so attempting to stop it in any way could just fuck you over.

what do you mean it can “fuck me up”? And scientifically no it’s not that dangerous if you do it naturally!

Water makes up like 60% of the human body, and around 1/3 of that is extracellular. Water retention is completely normal and literally a survival mechanism. Your body needs to hold onto water. If you try to permanently get rid of it, you’re basically asking to die atp. You can get a sudden drop in blood pressure, hypovolemic shock, kidney failure, electrolyte imbalance, etc. basically, you can fucking die

probably expressed myself badly cause english is not my first language (you can tell) but i meant bloat like debloating i’m not sure if it’s the same thing but if you could explain i’d appreciate it thanks!
yea bloat is caused by water retention. Which is a natural thing that your body does. If you were to try to "permanently" stop it from ever happening, any method to do that would result in heavily damaging your kidneys. Thats why there are no perm solutions like you asked.

All you can do is care for it when it happens (like your skincare)
