I am but I'm saying should I maybe start on GH alone for a bit?You want to do both, for many reasons. If you do IGF-1 alone then you automatically cause your pituitary glands to produce less GH because of feedback of high levels of IGF-1. So if you take both together it would theoretically be more effective than GH alone or IGF-1 alone.
Not enough evidenceIGF LR3 is garbage unless you are locally injecting
JFL I don’t even recommend both together. Pin 4-6IU of HGH daily,10 IU of insulin with every IU of HGH. T4 or T3,I recommend T4 the most because the conversion is very important so also get a selenium supplement. It’s not only the factors you need to make sure of,mTORC1 plays a huge role so consume at least important amino acids such as L-Leucine L-glutamine etc in higher amounts. Carbs also matter a lot in IGF-1. HGH,Insulin,T4 . ( @NewFuckingDay I hope lots of it is right,I’m a bit out of my head so include what I forgot please.)I am but I'm saying should I maybe start on GH alone for a bit?
