I am starting HGH tonight. I have done research but im just worried there something I’m missing. If anyone has any tips on HGH like a danger that doesn’t get talked about, don’t be shy to drop them 🙏

I am 18 and I will be starting off with 2IU and then slowly upping it. I know it’s a low dose but I have delayed bone age and late puberty and don’t want to accidentally close my plates or mess with puberty too much. Lmk what yalls thoughts are

are you 100% sure you have delayed bone age and late puberty or did you just make an assumption.
cant really give much advice but i recommend you get blood work done regularly, take hydrolyzed collagen type II, and hop on AI

1. Make sure to monitor your blood glucose level
2. You should also be taking aromasin

I am 100% sure about the delayed bone age, I got a bone age X ray a few years ago saying my bones were 2 years behind my chronological age. As for the late puberty, I’ve just always been a late bloomer so I’m kind of making that assumption. What’s hyrolized collagen, and why should I hope on AI? I don’t wanna mess with hormone balance too much and advance my bone age too fast and end up shorter than I could have been

its rly not that complicated, imo you should just focus to not eat large volumes of food.

2. You should also be taking aromasin
depending on how old he is and if he actually needs it.

imo the side effects arent worth it if you arent close to them being closed

hydrolized collagen type II is very good for joint health and just collagen in general. this'll be beneficial especially since hgh is known to cause joint issues. i encourage hopping on ai to delay the closure of your growth plates, considering our goal here is to maximise our height.
sorry for bad spelling im an iqlet

an AI isnt gonna completely mess up your hormones its not like it cuts off all estrogen receptors, it just inhibits aromatisation in your bodyfat, which would actually make your estrogen levels more ideal. i highly doubt 2 IU is gonna advance your bone age too fast. but obviously you're gradually raising the dosage i think you'll be perfect as long as you peak it at 8IU

I’ll defiantly consider it as I up my dosage. Any idea where I can get my hands on AI?

just don't go into like 10 IUS and major issues will come into play.

Use an SGLT-2 inhibitor to manage hgh induced insulin resistance without sacrificing any IGF-1 production

DO NOT TAKE METFORMIN OR BEREBERINE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEIR UTTER DOGSHIT THAT WILL DEGRADE UR AR AND LOWER SERUM LEVEL IGF-1

Make sure to use a non-steirodal AI since Steroidal AI exhibits androgenic activity, which can contribute to closure

Plus, non-steroidal AI is not progressive in its aromatase inhibition, compared to Aromasin that will be much harder to have an exact dosing for (as too little, too little, too much, and it's harder to reverse unless you dose bioidentical E2 until you have new aromatase enzymes made available as the existing ones were permanently shut down with a covalent bond).

Make sure to calculate youre igf-z score if its 2+, then profit

Thanks for the good info. do you recommend using an AI in all cases, or only if my estradiol and igf-1 is high?

Yes, since most studies show HGH is more effective when combined with an AI

DO NOT NUKE UR E2. YOU MUST GET BLOODWORK AND DOSE YOUR AI BASED ON THAT

ideally it should be in a range of 15-20pg/ml

Thanks alot dude, I’ll buy my AI once my bloodwork comes back, which I’m about to purchase. Aside from igf1, E2, and maybe a1c, is there anything else I should get checked?
