1. Healthy lifestyle
2. Good mental health is a very important factor. Alopecia can be psychologically related
3. Use hair conditioner
4*. Treatment or prevention of androgenetic alopecia, 1 mg of fin if you <21, else 5 mg dut
5*. low dose of minoxidil (<1 mg)

It's also worth considering that the appearance of your hair depends largely on genetics and hairline. In this case, the only way to improve it is with a transplant (it's perfectly normal to get a transplant to improve hairline)
