no it will not, quite opposite, more hair volume look like less face with curtain bangs. do a blowout trust.

i think you should focus on getting more volume at the top of your hair, grow it out as long as possible, and consider highlights
you have sm potential. tan, shape your eyebrows and dye them darker brown/black
perfect your skin
grow out lashes with latisse or minoxodil
hydrocortisone could help slim ur nose, its super easy to get
other then that honestly just makeupmaxx (mascara/extentions, liptints)
you have great neoteny, but you need to work on health indicators.
