hi how do i get a smaller waist

i do pilates and track but like i want to be built like summer walker
use a waist trainer and keep doing pilates. consistency is better than how good you do 1 day so keep doing it. also get good sleep so your digestive system can break down the food you eat through the day aka so your not bloated when you wake up.

I'm not a girl but that waist doesn't seem too small. Infact I have a smaller waist than her. If you want that same result you can just go gym tbh

If you’re already skinny it might just be the shape of ur body. I would focus on growing glutes and other areas to give the illusion
 
You can train ur legs/glutes and upper body to create the illusion of a smaller waist and an hourglass shaped body
