hi guyssss i’m new here. i’m a bit scared of this forum since i’m a little new to forum culture in general??(if that’s what you call it.) i’ve been lurking a few days and am kinda in the tiktok looksmaxxing scheme, but still not too familiar. but i’m excited to be here—all in all i just really want to improve myself and be the best version of myself some info:
17 basically 18(bday in 2 months), 5’7, 150 lbs
i think my face is too chubby and i know i can fix that with going to the gym, but ive been going for two years now and haven’t seen progress in the past 6 months. i went from 190 lbs to 150 in those past two years so i think the issue is that i reached a peak??? not sure what the right term is. anyone have tips?
