u could have face fat for a plethora of reasons so its pointless to give advice
maybe try lowering bf% but dont go anorexic
could also try eating more potassium and drinking more water ig

In the first of all: why do you wanna be taller as i girl?!? Something crucial in femininity is being small, delicated.

I said and ill keep: height is a crucial thing on the woman femininity, if you are 15+ and still at 1,55m, you arent going to be a model or something, so, work on your face, preservate your appearance.
