you don't need to go down at all, your body looks great as of now
my hair looked like that before I discovered I had curly hair, but frizzier and a bit wavier, so if youtook care of it and only brush it wet you might have wavy hair. Also, get layers in your hair, it'll help with the frizz and help if you have waves. don't do them yourself though, please. If you can't get it to be wavy, get layers still and use conditionners and hair masks in the shower then use volumising hair mousse, texturizing spray/sea salt spray on your ends then put in big hair rollers for the waves, they'd look good on you.
Please dont straighten your hair if you do, and when you get the layers it'd be great to get a trim at the sight time to cut it like 10-15cm below your shoulders
thin out your brows a little at the top (plucking), or carve them in with concealer. If you're alright with makeup, use concealer if needed for your eye bags (after moisturizing your undereyes slightly) countour on the side of the bridge of your nose and use highlighter in the middle of the bridge. don't bring the highlighter down. use countour on the bottom of your nose, and make a "u" shape around the tip of your nose, then put highlighter at the highest point of your nose tip, like a dot of it in the c shape. use cool toned countour, warm tone doesnt look good for contour. Use brow pencil in a darker brown than your hair and highlight under the tails of your eyebrows.
Try some mascara, lash serum if your eyelashes are too short, eyeliner in the inner corner and outer corners to make your eyes more elongated. highlighter in the inner corners, mascara on the lashes under your eyes, and cool toned brown eyeshadow in the outer corners of your eyes to make them more elongated too. Use black waterline pencil for the waterline under your eyes to make them look smaller and use a bit of cool toned brown eyeshadow under your eyes too, only on the outer corner again. Burgundy in the outer corners of your eyes can make the slight green in them pop out.
You could use some lip liner too and overline them slightly, i don't know if you ever noticed but you have a double lip line, like there's a part of your lip colored like skin but that's where it starts. use lip liner on there and connect it to the pink of your lips. Blend the outer corners slightly so it doesn't look too harsh or out of place and you could use lipgloss if you feel like it.
Leave out some strands of hair infront of your ears so it doesn't look like they're sticking out and small silver hoop earrings if you feel like it look cute and make your face seem less long overall.
Reminder that makeup helps look better, but obviously it's not actually a permanent solution. Still, that makeup plus the waves and layers in your hair if you took good care of it will make you look way better, so it's a decent alternative. Also, you have a great body, so try dressing more femininely. drop the turtle neck shirts, first type of shirts fits your body way more, really flattering. Batwing shirts would look great too.
sketch of the makeup, excluding hair and clothes. not completely accurate but it's so you get the idea and all the makeup stuff I'm talking about

Side note that selfie angle is quite unflattering for literally anyone, take your seflies holding your phone higher up, not same height as your face or lower than it
