Aren't thick thighs perceived as a good female attribute ? Anyway don't starve yourself or undereat, especially if you're still in puberty.

It's always better to view your body not as an enemy, but as the home you'll live in for a lifetime.

it’s hard to say without knowing your current weight, but a safe calorie deficit is usually 500 calories less than whatever your maintenance is. but you could push it to an 1000 calorie deficit and probably still be chill, if you want to lose weight quicker. but how many calories that ends up being depends on ur current weight, so search up a calorie deficit calculator or something to get a rough idea
