Hey guys,

I’m 18, from Bulgaria, and I’m just starting my looksmaxing journey. Honestly, I’m a complete beginner and kinda overwhelmed with where to even begin, so I thought I’d ask for some guidance here.
I’m 192 cm tall(if there is any way to get a bit taller will aso be in help lol) and my goal is to develop a face that’s masculine but still has a soft/angelic vibe – think strong features but not too rugged. Also trying to work towards an aesthetic body – lean, defined, proportional

Any help, guides etc. will be DEEEPLY appreciated <3

айде още един

optimise test, not much to say without photos. ig minoxidil and derma stamping for beard and eyebrows

some tips ?
for optimising testosterone? healthy fats, protein, high intensity training (cardio and strength), deep sleep, eat all the nutrients you need, stress managment.
if you have depression, or showing any signs of low test you can also go to a doc

vitamin d3 in the winter, idk how water works in bulgaria but look up if yoi have magnesium in the water, if not supplement magnesium. get your blood work done and if youre having difficulties getting any nutrients then you can supplement them but as a 192cm man you should be able to get all the nutrients for the calories you need pretty easily.
you dont need any supplements, you can try ashwaganda to manage stress but it made me emotionally numb.

i dont wanna sound more emo then i am but em. numb my factory setting

sorry i was trying to reply quick that dosent concern emotinally numb is not a big deal
even tho ashwaganda is a natural supplement, i think managing stress naturally (limiting screen time, mindfulness, journalling, cutting toxic ppl out) is way better than relying on a pill, even if it is natural.

Experiencing emotional numbness is extremely uncommon with ashwaganda, but it is very terrible especially as someone who feels deeply.

It seems to me like youre trying to find the easy solution out, because you keep asking for supplements. the truth is that most of your results will come from lifestyle changes and not a magic pill, true discipline over solutions for problems that dont exist.

goodluck
