main thing is deblot mewing food hair and stuff, just take oral minox fin test and furosemide here and there and u should be good
leanmaxxing is just losing weight and cutting fat
debloating is removing the bloating from ur face by certain measures

i guess leanmaxxing was more of a side product of locking in my health more than anything but now I'm doing it solely for appearance
I've seen people do it, its insane how fast it works
