Hi guys im new to this forum so let me introduce myself.

I am Lennard, 21 years old rn and im from germany. I have some hobbies ofc but I wanna go to the point. Im here to cut off weight and eliminate my gyno, I hate it. It destroys my ego, because everything else actually is fine as it is. Im 195cm tall and I weigh about 105kg. My goal is 90kg and to get rid of the gyno. Also wanna looksmax myself ofc
