Instead of medications like lumigan, which can have permanent side effects, getting a lash lift, using moisturizing products instead of fillers in your lips, and opting for subtle shades to highlight your facial features instead of a radical change in your hair would be the most professional approach to maintaining your natural balance

Adding cool ash blonde (mushroom brown) or very dark plum highlights to her existing dark hair will make her complexion look much brighter

You don’t need lip filler, fix your eyebrows they are a bit bushy, and it’s hard to give further advice without seeing your body or how you dress yourself/ do your hair
